Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Logger platform, website [domain] and related services (together, the “Service”), provided by [Company legal name], registered at [address] (“Logger”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
1.1. Logger is a self-service software platform that allows businesses to run AI-powered agents on Telegram accounts for lead generation, sales, support and related communication tasks.
1.2. The client configures and adjusts scenarios, prompts and agent settings independently. The platform is provided with documentation and video tutorials for self-launch.
1.3. Initial setup and any subsequent changes to prompts and scenarios are the client’s responsibility and are not included in the license. On request, we may introduce you to an independent integrator for paid turnkey setup. Such services are provided by the integrator under a separate agreement and are not part of the Logger license.
2. Accounts and eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
2.2. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
2.3. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Plans, billing and payments
3.1. The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. There is no fixed minimum term and no lock-in.
3.2. Prices are stated on the website and may be updated from time to time. Changes to prices do not affect a billing period that has already been paid.
3.3. Switching to a different plan takes effect from the start of the next billing period — not retroactively and not in the middle of an already paid period.
3.4. Add-on agents are kept when you change plans. If you move to a lower plan and exceed its project limit, you choose which projects to keep; the remaining projects are deleted.
3.5. Payments are made in advance for each billing period in [currency / accepted payment methods].
3.6. If a payment is not received, we may suspend access to the Service until the outstanding amount is paid.
4. Refunds
4.1. A refund may be requested only before the system has been handed over to the client.
4.2. Once the system has been handed over, no refunds are made for the current or previous billing periods.
4.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
5. Telegram accounts and proxies
5.1. Logger works only with Telegram accounts purchased and prepared through our own pipeline. This is required for quality control and anti-ban protection. Accounts purchased by the client from third parties cannot be connected to the system.
5.2. The account price includes the account itself, a proxy, and connecting the account to the Logger system (technical integration and setup inside the platform).
5.3. Proxies are replaced together with the account. If an account is replaced under the license replacement guarantee, its proxy is replaced as well.
5.4. Telegram is an independent third-party service. We do not control Telegram’s rules, limits or enforcement actions. Limits such as the number of messages per account per day or the number of groups an account can hold are set to reduce the risk of restrictions and are not guaranteed to prevent them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law or Telegram’s Terms of Service;
engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation or misleading communication;
distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful or infringing content;
collect or process personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws;
attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
7. Client responsibilities
7.1. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your agents, the scenarios and prompts you configure, and your compliance with laws that apply to your business and communications.
7.2. Where you process personal data of third parties using the Service, you act as the data controller and are responsible for having a lawful basis for such processing.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. The Service, including its software, design, texts and trademarks, belongs to Logger or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your active subscription, solely for your internal business purposes.
8.3. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the Service.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
9.1. We aim to keep the Service available and working properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9.2. We may update, change or discontinue features of the Service. Where a change materially affects paid functionality, we will notify you in advance where reasonably possible.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or damages resulting from actions of third-party platforms, including restrictions or bans imposed by Telegram.
10.3. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the [one (1)] month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
11.1. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
11.2. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk.
11.3. After termination, your access to the Service ends. We may delete your data after [30] days, unless we are required by law to keep it.
12. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [country / jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of [city / country], unless otherwise required by applicable law.
