What You're Paying For
Agents
Your workforce in Telegram. Each agent is a separate account that monitors chats and reaches out to contacts first. More agents means broader niche coverage and a higher total volume of outgoing contacts per day.
Incoming & group coverage
No limits on any plan. Connect as many niches and groups as are relevant to your business — this part of the product is not restricted by the pricing tiers.
TG app for the sales team
A shared lead and dialogue list right inside Telegram. Managers respond where they already work all day, without switching to a separate web interface.
Projects
Separate workspaces for multiple business directions on a single server. Scale includes 5 projects; Start and Growth plans add them separately as needed.
Outgoing / month
The technical ceiling is 4 messages per account per day. This is protection against Telegram bans, not an artificial restriction. If you need more outgoing messages — you buy additional agents, and the per-account pace stays safe.
Sourcing modules
Search Groups, Validation, Scraping, Parser Groups — the audience research and analysis toolkit grows with your plan: from group intelligence to full control over conversation content.
Agent scenarios

What Else Is Important to Know
Changing your plan
Switching to a different plan takes effect from the start of the next billing period — not retroactively and not in the middle of an already paid month.
Add-on agents and projects
Add-on agents are kept when you change plans. If you move to a lower plan and exceed its project limit, the client chooses which projects to keep; the rest are deleted.
Contract term
Monthly billing. No fixed minimum term and no lock-in.
Scenario and prompt setup
Logger is a self-service platform: clients set up and adjust scenarios and prompts on their own. On request, we can introduce you to an independent integrator for paid turnkey setup — this is a separate service provided by the integrator and is not part of the Logger license.
Group coverage ceiling
Not limited by plan. The actual limit is how many groups a single account can physically hold at once — this is a Telegram restriction, not a platform one.
More outgoing than Scale provides
If 6,000 outgoing messages per month isn’t enough, we’ll discuss a custom volume for your needs, separately from the standard pricing grid.
Proxies
Proxies are replaced together with the account: if an account is re-purchased to replace a blocked one under the license replacement guarantee, its proxy is replaced as well.
What's not included in the license
Initial setup and any later edits to prompts and scenarios are the client’s responsibility. The platform comes with documentation and video tutorials for self-launch.
What's included in the account price
The account itself, a proxy, and connecting the account to the Logger system — technical integration and setup inside the platform. The account is delivered ready to work, not just as a phone number or SIM card.
Can you buy accounts yourself
Clients can always buy accounts and proxies on their own from third parties — that’s their right and their responsibility for the quality of the source. However, accounts purchased elsewhere can’t be brought to us for connection to the system: Logger only works with accounts purchased and prepared through our own pipeline. This is a matter of quality control and anti-ban protection.

How it works
The total price is the sum of the selected components, with a premium for flexibility compared to the ready-made plans. Parser Groups in a custom build is only available starting from 25 agents — this restriction keeps the module premium-tier, consistent with the standard pricing tiers. The ready-made plans (Start / Growth / Scale) remain the recommended entry point for typical use cases and offer better value for the same set of features — a custom build does not include a bundle discount and is suitable when your requirements differ significantly from the three standard packages.
