We created Logger to keep your business running even when you're resting
AI agents take on customer acquisition, initial dialogues, sales, support, and daily routine tasks, giving people back their most valuable asset: time.

Why Logger was created
It all started with a simple pain point.
The Altera.AI team was building AI agents for business automation when they encountered a challenge familiar to every entrepreneur: how do you find clients on Telegram? One option was to hire someone to scroll through chats all day, manually picking out potential buyers from the stream. It worked—albeit slowly and expensively, and with frequent errors—but it worked.
We asked ourselves an uncomfortable question: why do we need a human here at all?
That’s how the first prototype of Logger was born—a script that scanned Telegram groups, trying to detect signals of purchase intent within messages. Early versions made frequent mistakes. But with each iteration, the system learned to distinguish more accurately between a casual remark and a genuine buying request.
After several rounds of refinement—validating groups, training classifiers, and integrating agents capable of not just finding leads but initiating conversations themselves—Logger evolved beyond a mere script. It became a platform for managing AI agents: a self-hosted infrastructure where agents independently identify demand, qualify leads, and guide the client from the initial “hello” to a closed deal.
Today, businesses across various industries and countries use Logger. The infrastructure supports up to 1,000 connected accounts, while the in-house team continues to train agents in new sales and support scenarios.
